Produced mainly from the Loureiro grape variety (85%), in a blend with traditional grape varieties (15%), this wine is made from hand-picked grapes, guaranteeing the highest quality of the raw material.

After resting at a low temperature and after destemming and crushing, the grapes undergo a short period of skin maceration to enhance aromatic extraction. The tear must is separated from the press must and both are fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC, preserving freshness and varietal character.

After fermentation, the wine remains on its lees, combâtonnaged for a period that varies depending on the vintage. This process contributes to greater complexity, structure and texture.
